Here are some samples from the Big Blow recordings. These clips were taken from cassettes, via rather indirect paths. The real recordings sound much better, but these samples give you an idea of what you'll hear.

JUST WHOP IT by The Nee Ningy Band, from Durham NC, 1994 (1978-1981 compilation) Hear country blues, rousing Irish, African and Caribbean music. This eclectic group toured the east coast and Europe for five years and included Bushwacker mandolinist Ted Porter playing and singing. Available on CD only
